Change your Epicor Password
THIS IS ONLY IF YOU CAN ACCESS YOUR EPICOR ACCOUNT! IF YOU CANNOT ACCESS YOUR EPICOR ACCOUNT DUE TO A FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/LOCKED OUT, SUBMIT A TICKET TO IT FOR A PASSWORD RESET.
There are two ways to change your Epicor password.
When Requested by Epicor
- When signing in, Epicor may notify you that you need to change your password, usually with a limited number of attempts (up to 3).

Recommendation: Change your password immediately. If you run out of attempts, your account will be locked by Epicor. Send a ticket (itsupport@peakprocessing.com) to have it reset.
- Follow the on-screen prompts.
- You will be asked to enter:
- Your current password
- Your new password
- Confirmation of the new password

- Click OK to confirm the change.
Changing Your Password Manually
- Sign into Epicor.
- Navigate to Settings (see screenshot if applicable).

- Select Change Password.
- Enter the following details:
- Your current password
- Your new password
- Confirmation of the new password
- Click OK to save the changes.
