Resetting Your Password as a User

If you can still access your account but need to change your password:

Sign in to Microsoft 365:
- Go to https://portal.office.com.
- Enter your email address and current password.
Change Your Password:
- Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner and select View account.
- Under Security & privacy, select Password.
- Enter your current password and create a new password.
- Click Submit.

If you have forgotten your password and cannot sign in:

Go to the Password Reset Page:
- Navigate to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com.
Enter Your Email Address:
- Provide your Office 365 email and enter the CAPTCHA.
- Click Next.
Verify Your Identity:
- Choose one of the verification methods (email, phone, or security questions).
- Enter the verification code sent to your email or phone.
Create a New Password:
- Enter a new secure password that meets Microsoft’s security requirements.
- Click Finish to reset your password.
