The current functionality is only available for the Pilot environment

Log into Instance
You must have
1. Security Manager – In Pilot and Live
2. Email address on portal account - if you do not have a portal account then accessing the portal will give tips and instructions on how to configure one.
3. Same Email Address in External Entity text box – in user entry
4. You must belong to the ECMP_SelfSignUp Group
Select Option Cloud Management Portal menu option – From Kinetic home screen

Select More Details on the instance you want
Select Database
Select Data Model Regen

You will get a summary of what it does and a request to confirm
1. Enter confirm in the text box
2. Select Execute
3. You will get a Deployment Status Detail screen that you can refresh

What this does

Data Model RegenYou can customize the Kinetic application database by adding either user-defined (UD) table and column extensions to existing tables or new tables and columns. Through these additional columns, you can enter custom data that reflects business processes specific to your organization or industry. Regenerating the data model must be completed to incorporate the new and extended tables and columns. Likewise, some BPM directives that access these custom user-defined fields require that you need to regenerate the data model before they can run.
