Epicor does not load - how to clear the cache
- Sign out from all instances of Epicor – or close with the Task Manager
- Browse to C:\ProgramData\Epicor - You may have to select View -> Hidden items to see it
- Delete folders and files in this subfolder
- Browse to C:\Users\{current user}\AppData\Local\Epicor
- Clear every thing in this folder
You may have to reboot before following these steps, sometimes Windows/Epicor will lock a file and not allow it to be deleted.
